Test Points
The potential of the pipeline to the soil can be measured through the Point Test. Test points are made in a variety of types and on an order basis. The marker base is made of iron pipe 75, 100 or 150 mm in diameter (on request). Their shades are also made of 2 or 3 mm thick steel sheet.
The different parts of the test points are:
- Upon request, 1, 2 or 4 brass terminals (suitable brass screws and nuts) are installed inside the test points.
- For proper installation inside the concrete foundations, three iron bars are placed at the bottom of their base as an antenna.
- A convenient hole is provided at the bottom of their iron pipe base for convenient and comfortable cable entry and exit.
The coating or paint of bond boxes can be as follows:
- Hot dip galvanized
- Types of furnace special paint with phosphate or chromate preparation
- Types of epoxy or alkyd special paint with sandblast preparation
