DOT24

Timing after energization

Capability of choosing the time from 1 to 24 hr

® Maximum error in consecutive timing: 1 min

Accurate time setting by two setting potentiometer handles

Presentable with supply voltages of: 12-24-110-220-380 VAC/DC

Two signals:

  • PWR: Input supply
  • OUT: Output energization

Principles of Operation:

Timing starts and PWR signal gets ON as soon as supply is connected to terminab Al and A2.

At the end of set time. OUT signal gets ON and intemal relay status changes (internal contact of terminal 15 to 18 & made).

As long as supply voltage is connected and has not dropped more than 40%. output remains unchanged.

After dé-energization. OUT signal gets OFF and intemal relay reverts to its primary sta- tus. and is ready for retiming (intemal contact of terminal 15 to 16 & made).

Attention: In the case of de-energization during timing. no change happens at output. Affer re-energization, timing starts from zero.

Settings: The delay time is adjusted by DELAY and FINE potentiometer handles. The delay time is the resultant of times chosen by these two potentiometer handles.

DELAY potentiometer handle adjusts time from 1 to 23 hours while ANE potentiometer handle adjusts from zero to 60 minutes. Therefore. any time within 24 hours could be selected by these two potentiometer handles.

For example. in the case of DELAY potentiometer handle on 12 and AINE potentiometer handle on 20. the delay time is 12 hours and 20 minutes. Again. in ihe case of DELAY potentiometer handle on 20 and FINE potentiometer handle on 50. the delay time is 20 hours and 50 minutes.
