The UCM AC/DC Undercurrent Monitoring Relay, developed by Borna Electronics, is designed to protect electrical equipment and systems against low-current conditions in both AC and DC applications. The relay continuously monitors the load current and activates its protective output whenever the measured current falls below the user-defined threshold.
Featuring a current monitoring range from 0.25 to 5 A AC/DC and a wide-range auxiliary power supply, the UCM relay can be easily integrated into industrial automation systems, motor monitoring applications, battery charger systems, and power distribution equipment. The trip delay can be adjusted using the front-panel DELAY control to prevent unnecessary tripping caused by temporary current fluctuations.
The relay supports both automatic reset and latching operating modes, providing flexible protection for different operational requirements
