The TMP/D Microprocessor-Based Phase Monitoring Relay, developed by Borna Electronics, provides reliable protection for three-phase electrical systems against common power supply abnormalities. Utilizing advanced microprocessor technology, the relay continuously monitors the network and accurately detects phase loss, neutral loss, phase sequence reversal, overvoltage, undervoltage, and voltage imbalance conditions.
Upon detection of any abnormal condition, the relay disconnects the protected equipment to prevent damage and ensure operational safety. Five LED indicators on the front panel allow users to easily identify the output status and the specific fault condition, facilitating quick troubleshooting and maintenance.
Features
- Detection of phase sequence reversal
- Detection of phase loss
- Detection of voltage imbalance exceeding the adjustable threshold
- Undervoltage protection: trips when line voltage falls below 295 V ±1%, with 10 V hysteresis
- Overvoltage protection: trips when line voltage exceeds 440 V ±1%, with 10 V hysteresis
- Adjustable power-on delay from 0 to 240 seconds
- 5-second output trip delay during system startup
- 3-second fault trip delay to prevent nuisance operation
- Adjustable voltage imbalance threshold from 5% to 30%
- Five LED indicators for output status and fault diagnostics
