Coupon holders position corrosion coupons inside pipelines. They are designed for the coupon type and its location at the top, centre or bottom of the pipe. Types by coupon arrangement include:

A coupon holder securely maintains corrosion coupons in position inside a pipeline or tank, exposed to fluid flow over time. It connects to the end of a solid plug. Its left-hand thread prevents the holder from loosening when the plug is unscrewed from the access fitting. Coupon holders are made from stainless steels and superalloys.

Different Coupon Holder Types
